This guide shows instructions for the mobile app for Singaporean users, by retrieving Myinfo with Singpass. For non-Singapore users, please check this article.
Let's get started!
STEP 1 - Getting Level 0 verified
Once registered and logged in the mobile app, tap on the VERIFY PHONE NUMBER button on the top of your dashboard in the Today tab. Alternatively, you can find this under Account verification in your settings. If you want to get there right away, click this link: Account Verification.
STEP 2 - Getting Level 0 verified
Thereafter, the verification will start. The first part of the verification is the verification of your mobile phone number. Please choose your country code and put in your mobile phone number. This will send you an SMS, which you will input during the next screen in order to verify your phone number.
During this step, if you did not receive any SMS, you will also be given the option to receive a call instead.
After you verified your phone number, you are now Level 0 verified, congrats!
STEP 3 - Getting Level 1 verified
To start your Level 1 verification, tap on the UNLOCK LEVEL 1 button on the top of your dashboard in the Today tab.
STEP 4 - Getting Level 1 verified
You will be given two options. Rertieve Myinfo with singpass or Verify Manually. If you choose the manual option, please see this article for further instructions. If you have Myinfo via singpass, you may continue with that option.
STEP 5 - Getting Level 1 verified
After you submitted your KYC using singpass, you will see that your status will say IN REVIEW. Please wait until your verification has been reviewed.
After a successful review, you have completed your KYC and are now Level 1 verified, congrats!
